To nominate yourself or your woodshop class or school for the Minwax® Community Craftsman Award, fill out this entry form and attach up to three images, along with a summary of the woodworking project and how it contributed to the betterment of your community.

All entries must be submitted by December 31, 2011. The award recipients will be announced in Spring, 2012.
