The water based product dries in two hours so you can complete projects two times faster without sanding in between coats. Apply a new finish to your floors without going through the process of sanding it down to bare wood, applying a stain, waiting for it to dry, and then putting on a clear finish.

Start by prepping the area by lightly sanding the old finish and removing all dust. After stirring the product thoroughly, begin applying with a synthetic pad applicator in thin even coats over the entire floor. Be sure to always go in the direction of the grain as well as not overlapping where you just applied. Work from one end of the room to the other without staining yourself into a corner.
