Minwax® Express Color™ Wiping Stain & Finish is water-based and comes in a tube, which makes it easy for beginner wood stain projects. It is available in four wood-tone colors and four decorator colors. Here are directions on how to use Minwax® Express Color™ Wiping Stain & Finish.

1. To start, sand the wood surface with light sandpaper and wipe off the excess dust.
2. Next, squeeze a small amount of Minwax® Express Color™ Wiping Stain & Finish onto the wood surface. Be careful not to squeeze too hard; a little bit goes a long way.
   
3. Use a rag to apply a nice, even coat of Minwax® Express Color™ Wiping Stain & Finish over the wood. Use a brush to get the stain into the corners and crevices.
   
4. Use a clean rag to wipe off any excess stain, always going in the direction of the grain of the wood.
   
5. If you want a darker, richer color, wait an hour and then apply a second coat. The end result is a stained furniture piece that is quick and easy for anyone to do.
